Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These are the plain-language terms for using raise.dog. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.
raise.dog is a support and information tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, and Pup is not a veterinarian. Nothing in the app is medical advice. If your puppy is sick, hurt, or you are worried in any way, always consult your vet, and for emergencies contact an emergency animal hospital right away. Please do not delay care because of anything the app says.
raise.dog gives general guidance to help you feel less alone and more prepared. You are the one who knows your puppy, and you make the calls. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app or for outcomes that follow from them. When in doubt, ask your vet.
You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has gotten into your account.
Use raise.dog for its purpose, helping you raise your puppy. Please do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, resell it, scrape it, or use it to harm anyone or anything. Be kind and use common sense, and we will get along fine.
raise.dog starts with a free trial, and no card is needed to start. If you choose a paid plan, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you pick, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service or breaks these terms. If we ever have to do that, we will try to be fair and to tell you why.
We work hard to keep raise.dog helpful and available, but we provide it on an as is basis. We do not promise it will be perfect or never go down. We may update features over time to make the app better.
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and let you know inside the app for anything important. If you keep using raise.dog after that, it means you accept the updated terms. Questions are always welcome, just reach out and a real person will answer.
